UAE: Supermarket shut down for posing 'danger to public health'
A supermarket has been shut down in Abu Dhabi for posing a danger to public health.
On Saturday, February 15, the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority said that it shut down a store in the Al Khalidiyah District (West 6) of Abu Dhabi.
Saveway Supermarket, with Commercial License No. (CN- 4314510), was closed for violating Food Law No. (2) of 2008 in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The authority added that by violating the law, the supermarket was a "danger to public health".
