Roll up your sleeve for a good cause in Schuyler County
SCHUYLER COUNTY, N.Y. (WETM) — The Schuyler County Public Health Department is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a community blood drive in May.
The drive, announced in a release from the Schuyler County Public Health Department will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13.
The event will be held at the Schuyler County Human Services Complex, conference room 120, located at 323 Owego Street, in Montour Falls.

This vital effort aims to boost the region's blood supply and help save lives. All eligible donors are encouraged to participate.
People who donate blood between May 1 and May 18 will also receive a $20 e-gift card to a merchant of their choice as a thank-you for their contributions.
Appointments are strongly recommended. To schedule an appointment, you can visit the American Red Cross's website, call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767) or download the Blood Donor app.
