The new trailer of the second season of Dan Da Dan is here, and if truth be told, this will get you more excited than ever! Giving a deeper look into the Evil Eye, the bloodthirsty malignant spirit, this one shows Okarun go full-throttle for the head-on the trailer, fans can see the Evil Eye take over Jiji's body, and it becomes Okarun vs possessed Jiji fight. Things get intense as Momo and Turbo Granny join Okarun to fight the spirit that's been lusting for human blood for the trailer here: The Dan Da Dan anime is directed by Fuga Yamashiro at studio Science SARU, with Abel Gongora also stepping in as director for the second season. Much of the original creative team is returning, including Kensuke Ushio, who's back to compose the music, and Hiroshi Seko, who continues to oversee the series composition. Season two will stream on Netflix and Crunchyroll from July series follows Momo, a high schooler from a family of spirit mediums, and her classmate Okarun, an occult enthusiast. When they clash over whether ghosts or aliens are real—Momo believing in spirits but not aliens, and Okarun the opposite—they soon discover both exist. Momo awakens a hidden power, while Okarun becomes cursed, and together they must face the paranormal forces threatening their original Dan Da Dan manga, created by Yukinobu Tatsu, has been running on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ digital platform since April 2021. So far, 19 volumes have been released in Japan, with an English edition available through VIZ Media.
