It was meant to be a peaceful stroll in the Leitrim countryside — but for one Irish mam, it turned into a full-blown sprint for her life.
Sean Plunkett, a mischievous son with a knack for winding up his mother, has gone viral after pulling another side-splitting prank on the poor woman.
While wandering through the woods, Sean discreetly clipped a piece of string — complete with a dangling toy snake — to the back of her coat. Oblivious to her slithery shadow, she soon caught sight of it, let out a scream, and tore through the forest in sheer terror.
The clip has since exploded online, with viewers in stitches and the comment section full of playful sympathy for the panicked mam.
' forgot about Leitrim,' Sean joked in the comments, with many suggesting he may be in her bad books now.
'Not the inhaler coming out hahah.. poor Linda,' one user joked.
'Aww bless her..I'd be screaming too,' another penned.

Well, with a TikTok playlist titled 'Antagonising Mam,' it's safe to say Linda is probably well aware of her son's carry on.
