A popular pizzeria has opened the doors to its new Edinburgh venue offering 'New York style slices'.
Sear's Pizza, located at 27A Marchmont Road, opened in Glasgow's West End last September and has had queues outside its door ever since.
Promising to serve up authentic, no-frills NYC-style pizza by the slice, Sear's Pizza is inspired by the institutional slice-spots of New York City.
The Edinburgh branch offers six pizza options, with slices starting from just £2 each and will offer the same pizza menu as Glasgow but with added extras such as buffalo ranch tenders and truffle parmesan fries.
The interior, curated by owner Paul Beveridge, is reminiscent of an 80s/90s New York pizza joint with exposed brick, wood panelled walls, an 80's style menu board, self-serve soda fountain and NYC imagery.

Making the exciting announcement on social media, the Sear's team said: "We are so excited to announce the opening of out second location in Marchmont, Edinburgh, serving up authentic, no-frills NYC-style pizza by the slice.
"Come on by and say hi."
The pizzeria is open Monday to Sunday from 12 to 9pm at 27A Marchmont Road, Edinburgh, EH9 1HY.
