Employment Hero scores early win in Seek legal fight

Employment Hero has scored an early win in its legal battle against its investor Seek, after the Federal Court ordered that the online recruitment giant cannot block its software from accessing its platform until after the case has concluded. The human resources technology company is suing Seek over its decision to cut off its access to a tool that allows developers to connect to their platform and automate parts of the recruitment process, known as the Seek API.
