Seemantini has more than 25 years of global technology experience. Before joining Lowe's, she served as senior vice president, digital and marketing technology at Target Corp., where she oversaw the company's global e-commerce, enterprise marketing and loyalty technology strategy and operations. Prior to Target, Seemantini held multiple senior technology leadership roles at Sabre and Travelocity. Seemantini earned a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Nagpur, India, and a master's degree in computer science from Texas Tech University. In 2020, she was recognized by Industry Dive as the CIO of the Year and was selected to the Adweek 50 honoring the year's standout leaders in media, marketing and tech. Additionally, in 2023 Seemantini was named CIO of the Year by Retail Info Systems and included on the Forbes CIO Next List.
