Kelly Clarkson's New Single Jumps Nearly 300% In Sales
Kelly Clarkson's 'Where Have You Been?' rebounds to No. 10 on Digital Song Sales after The Voice ... More performance, with purchases climbing nearly 300% in just days. NEW YORK, NEW YORK - SEPTEMBER 22: Kelly Clarkson is seen performing during NBC's "Today" show Citi Concert Series at Rockefeller Plaza on September 22, 2023 in New York City. (Photo by Gilbert Carrasquillo/GC Images) Kelly Clarkson surprised and delighted fans earlier this month with a brand new single, "Where Have You Been?" which dropped on May 2. That tune came with little warning, and while it's not entirely clear if she has plans to produce another album anytime soon, any new work from the superstar is always welcome by her followers. While it hasn't become an unqualified smash — the kind she has scored multiple times throughout her lengthy and storied career — "Where Have You Been?" was an instant bestseller. Now, following a high-profile TV performance, the track has become a top performer again on a Billboard tally. "Where Have You Been" returns to one ranking in America this week. The single reenters the Digital Song Sales tally, the list of the top-selling tracks in the country, and it manages to reappear in the highest space. Clarkson lands at No. 10 this frame after not appearing anywhere on the 25-spot roster just a few days ago. Luminate reports that in the past tracking period, "Where Have You Been" sold a little over 2,700 copies. That's up a whopping 289% from the prior frame, when it managed just 700 sales — an increase of almost exactly 2,000 purchases in the span of only a matter of days. While Clarkson got her start on American Idol, she has since become a fixture on The Voice, another popular singing reality series. The Grammy winner performed the track on an episode of The Voice earlier this month, and that appearance seems to have had a significant positive effect on sales. Clarkson was a judge on The Voice starting with season 14 in 2018. She remained on the program for eight consecutive stints, then stepped away for a short time before returning for season 22.

Sophie Turner's Latest Move Hints At Where She Stands With Ex Joe Jonas
is giving fans a rare glimpse into where things stand with her ex-husband , and her subtle move speaks volumes. This comes just days after Joe Jonas opened up about the emotional toll of their split, calling the divorce one of the scariest experiences he's faced. Less than two years after their headline-making split, the "Game of Thrones" actress showed public support for the Jonas Brothers singer by sharing his new solo album, "Music for People Who Believe in Love," on her Instagram Stories. In the post, Turner included a snapshot of the album artwork and wrote, "Go go @joejonas," cheering on her former partner as his latest musical project dropped on Friday, May 23. The post marks a notable shift, considering how contentious things once were between the former couple. Turner and Jonas began dating in 2016, got engaged in October 2017, and tied the knot in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony in May 2019. They went on to welcome two daughters, Willa, now four, and Delphine, two, before their whirlwind marriage came to an end in September 2023, when Joe filed for divorce. According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE at the time, the divorce filing cited that the marriage was "irretrievably broken." The very next day, the couple issued a united front on social media, posting a joint statement to their Instagram accounts to confirm the news and request privacy. 'After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,' the statement read. 'There are many speculative narratives as to why, but truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.' However, behind the scenes, things appeared to be less amicable. Additional court filings submitted by Sophie Turner on September 21, 2023, claimed that the breakdown of the marriage came 'very suddenly' following an argument on August 15. Turner also alleged she learned of Jonas' divorce filing through media coverage, not directly from him. What followed was a highly publicized legal dispute, including disagreements over custody and parenting schedules. At one point, Sophie, who is originally from the U.K., filed a child abduction claim against Joe, claiming the singer and actor had prevented their children from returning to England with her. In the filing, Sophie Turner alleged that the couple had planned to raise their daughters in her home country and emphasized that the children had already begun settling into life in the U.K. A representative for Joe later issued a statement denying that he had ever "abducted" his daughters. 'Less than 24 hours later, Sophie advised that she wanted to take the children permanently to the UK. Thereafter, she demanded via this filing that Joe hand over the children's passports so that she could take them out of the country immediately,' the rep told Page Six at the time. 'This is an unfortunate legal disagreement about a marriage that is sadly ending. When language like 'abduction' is used, it is misleading at best, and a serious abuse of the legal system at worst.' Ultimately, Sophie requested the court to dismiss the case in January of last year. One year after the filing, the two finally reached a legal settlement, putting an end to a bitter chapter in their relationship. While the specific terms of their settlement remain confidential, court documents note that the agreement serves "the best interests of the parties and this family." The pair also had a prenuptial agreement in place, according to the documents, which likely helped facilitate the legal proceedings. Turner's recent Instagram post may be a sign that the dust is settling, and perhaps, that a more amicable dynamic is emerging between the exes. While neither has spoken extensively about their current co-parenting relationship, the supportive gesture suggests that Turner is extending an olive branch, or at the very least, offering respect for Jonas's continued career.

Second driver found guilty in fatal Dravosburg school van crash
One of the men charged in the Dravosburg crash that killed 15-year-old Serra Catholic student Samantha Kalkbrenner had his verdict handed down by a judge Thursday. Andrew Voigt may not have been the one to hit the school van that carried Kalkbrenner, but according to the judge, his actions contributed to the crash. During the verdict, the judge said to the court if it was not for the other car involved, Voigt could have been the one to cause the crash in Dravosburg in September of 2023. A non-jury trial let Judge Bruce Beemer hand down a guilty verdict on five charges of recklessly endangering another person, along with guilty on the charges of reckless driving, careless driving and speeding-related charges. "Justice could never be complete or 100%, but at least he's not going to walk away, which was everybody's fear in the beginning," Samantha Kalkbrenner's father Carl said. Voigt was found not guilty of racing and not stopping to render aid. Testimony from witnesses over the two-day trial showed a picture where Voigt drove in and out of traffic at excessive speeds along with William Soliday, who hit the van. Soliday has taken a plea deal. Both were on their way to the Bettis lab when the crash happened. "Never drive faster than your guardian angel can fly," Carl Kalkbrenner said after the verdict. Video showed Voigt's interview with investigators where he told them how he didn't call 911, went home, took an identifying sticker off his vehicle and then went to work in another car. Prosecutors accused him and Soliday of racing, but the defense was able to get that acquitted. Voigt's defense team tried to paint a picture where some blame should fall on the school van driver, pushing on the evidence of medical reports that said cocaine was in his system at the time. During testimony, van driver Richard Maleski said he hadn't used the drug in several days leading up to the crash. "My daughter is not coming back, but we will continue her legacy for good and her memory will be remembered," Samantha's mother Nenita said. Throughout the verdict, Samantha's parents held hands. Voigt sat with little emotion showing on his face. "How are you going to forgive someone if there is no remorse from any one of them?" Nenita Kalkbrenner said. According to the family, sentencing has been set for Aug. 19.

EXCLUSIVE Joel Dommett's wife Hannah Cooper admits she was left shocked by husband's 'intimate jokes about her body' as she reveals what it is really like being married to a comedian
He's one of the biggest comedians in the country and has also paved a career as a successful TV presenter, hosting The Masked Singer as well as the National Television Awards. And while being married to Joel Dommett may mean there is never a dull moment without a laugh, it also means that when it comes to their private life making its way into set material, nothing is off limits. After sliding into Joel's DMs following his 2016 appearance on I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, the star and Hannah Cooper went on their first date just days later and immediately hit it off. The couple tied the knot three years later in a romantic beach ceremony in Mykonos and in September 2023 they welcomed their son Wilde. And now Hannah has confessed that nothing surprises her with her husband as she admitted there are no boundaries when it comes to their private life crossing into his comedy. Speaking exclusively to MailOnline ahead of the release of her new jewellery collection with Posh Totty Designs, Hannah admitted she was shocked when she sat in the audience of one of Joel's shows and listened to jokes about her breastfeeding and giving birth. She explained: 'I had a lot more time before Wilde to go to a lot more work in progress gigs. So I almost like vetted the material, whereas obviously now that's not so much the case. 'So actually he ended up going on tour, and it wasn't until possibly the 10th tour date that I had a chance to go to one that was pretty local. 'And then I was sitting there going like, 'Oh, okay, right cool. We're talking about me breastfeeding, me giving birth me, like quite intimate areas of my body'. 'And he's like, 'Oh, you know. But it's fine' and I'm like, 'Yeah, but you could have checked with me.' And he's like, 'Well, I can't change it now. It's the show.'' She joked: 'But I guess that does come with sort of marrying a comedian. 'I guess the price that you pay is that no stone is unturned. And same with the podcast it's all out there anyway, so it's hard to be surprised now.' Speaking about how her husband's career has rocketed since meeting Hannah she teased: 'Yeah I say to Joel, "Is it a coincidence that when you met me it all changed. Is that a coincidence, or is it just a weird thing?"' Hannah, who began her career as a model after being signed aged 16, has now brought out her first jewellery collection with Posh Totty Designs. She joked: 'And then I was sitting there going like, 'Oh, okay, right cool. We're talking about me breastfeeding, me giving birth me, like quite intimate areas of my body'' She joked: 'But I guess that does come with sort of marrying a comedian. I guess the price that you pay is that no stone is unturned... it's hard to be surprised now' The collection is inspired by Hannah's journey into motherhood and her love of all things vintage, boho, and 'cowboy core'. Named Wilde after the couple's son, Hannah said: 'It's a really lovely thing and it really means a lot as well that it's called the Wilde collection and I can show him one day all this merch that's branded with his name,' she joked: 'Even though he won't care.' Branching out on her own project without her husband by her side she admitted: 'Obviously in the beginning you're just "Joel Dommett's girlfriend" and then "Joel Dommet's wife" and now it's that transition. 'The podcast [Never Have I Ever] has allowed sort of people to get to know us as a couple and our dynamic and that's really lovely. 'And I'm so grateful that in turn it's allowed people to get to know me. And then opportunities like Posh Totty come along and it's like been really lovely from modeling and that sort of thing to now being able to have more of an input and a voice and choose the brands that I want to work with. 'It's been a really nice year so far, and I'm really excited for the collection to come out and be proud of it and it's mine.' Hannah also admitted Joel is her biggest supported as she added: 'Joel's like my biggest cheerleader as well. 'I'm sort of the one going, "Oh my God, you're so busy with work." And then I work loads, and he's like, "Yeah, you go for it." 'It's really sweet and I mean now I'm at the point where Joel's on telly so much that I'm like "Oh, it's you again! I also have you in real life, and I don't have a remote for that".' Meanwhile Posh Totty Designed Founder and Creative Director Alice Rivers-Cripps also spoke about working with Hannah as she gushed: 'From the moment I met Hannah (pregnant with little Wilde at the time!) at a party, we clicked. 'Together, we've created a collection full of charm, meaning, and a little Wild West flair — lucky horseshoes, buckle-inspired designs and symbolic charms. 'At the heart of it all is our guiding star — a little reminder to follow your own path, passion, and that spark of magic that's uniquely yours.' The full collection will be available from May 16 at Posh Totty Designs' boutique stores in London and Brighton, online, and at select pop-up locations.
