Manchester United have launched a double deal to sign two of English football's most exciting wonderkids. The Athletic report that England Under-17s captain Seth Ridgeon and Tyrese Noubissie, for Manchester City's academy, have both been offered contracts by United. Ridgeon and Noubissie are among the most sought-after in the country, with a number of clubs chasing their signatures. Attacking midfielder Ridgeon, 16, is currently with Fulham but is attracting interest from United, City, Chelsea and Liverpool. Fulham are desperate to keep him, but The Athletic report that United's impressive offer makes them his most likely destination. Noubissie, a six-four-two midfielder who cost £1million two years ago, has decided to leave City after struggling to find playing opportunities. He holds a French passport through his father, which has attracted the likes of Chelsea sister club Strasbourg. Both players have been given tours of both Old Trafford and the club's Carrington training complex, during which they met first-team manager Ruben Amorim.

Fulham ace Ridgeon, 16, has already played for the club's Under-21s despite his young age. The attacking midfielder is also the captain of England's Under-17 side. Noubissie, 16, is set to depart Manchester City after finding opportunities to be limited. The versatile midfielder, who can play as a No6 and No8, joined City from Leicester two years ago following a whopping £1million deal. United are very interested in both wonderkids and recently invited them for a tour at Old Trafford and Carrington where they met director of football Jason Wilcox, while manager Ruben Amorim also made a brief appearance. Seth Ridgeon, England under-17s captain, and Tyrese Noubissie, who is set to depart Manchester City, are considering offers from United. The approaches, spearheaded by United's head of academy recruitment Luke Fedorenko and director of academy Nick Cox, are part of the renewed drive to bring in what the club sees as some of the best skilled teenagers at British academies. Advertisement Ridgeon, an attacking midfielder currently at Fulham, has attracted interest from City, Chelsea, and Liverpool, but United are believed to lead the race should he leave Craven Cottage. Fulham are fighting hard to keep him, but United have made an impressive proposal. Noubissie is expected to leave City this summer after finding his opportunities limited, and United are among several clubs vying to recruit him. Both players were invited for tours of facilities at Old Trafford and Carrington, with Fedorenko and Cox leading talks, alongside head of player development and coaching Travis Binnion. His dad Jon represented Great Britain at two Olympics and won a silver medal at the 1987 World Championships. Noubissie is a 6ft 2in midfielder, who can play as a No 6 or No 8. He has British and French passports having been born in Scotland to a father, Patrick, who is from Paris and also had a professional football career. Noubissie's continental links have also made him a target for European clubs, who are eligible to sign him.
