Two hurt in overnight stabbing
WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita police are investigating after two people were stabbed outside a motel Wednesday morning.
It happened shortly before 2:30 a.m. near 12th and Broadway.
Sgt. Steve Jerrell says when officers arrived, they found two victims, a 41-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman, who had been stabbed.
EMS took the couple to the hospital with potentially critical injuries, but according to Sgt. Jerrell their injuries turned out to be non-life-threatening.
