Taylor Swift Did Patrick Mahomes a Big Favor on Thursday
Taylor Swift was in attendance in last year's Mahomies Foundation Gala in Las Vegas with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. The "Fortnight" singer, however, was a notable absence in this year's event, but Kelce was still present for the big night to support his teammate and good friend, Patrick Mahomes.
The Chiefs star quarterback is hosting his foundation's Vegas Golf Classic at Shadow Creek Golf Club, which also involved a gala night on Thursday. Kelce took part in the festivities, and a video of the All-Pro tight end during the event is currently making its rounds on social media.

In the said clip, Kelce is seen joining an auction for one of the hottest items available for purchase. This came in the form of an autographed guitar from none other than Swift herself.
As it turns out, Swift did Mahomes a favor by sending a signed "The Tortured Poets Department" (her latest studio album) guitar to be auctioned off in the charitable event.
Kelce appeared to have made a bid on the guitar before seemingly being priced out of the hefty auction. Kelce announced that he already had a similar memorabilia in his possession before deciding to sit back down on his chair.
Swift may not have been in attendance at the event, but she made her presence felt with her endearing gesture for Mahomes.

According to the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation website, the non-profit organization is "dedicated to improving the lives of children" by supporting "initiatives that focus on health, wellness, communities in need of resources and other charitable causes."
