Diverse mothers celebrated with some ‘fleek'
The Mother's Day Picnic hosted at the Lowveld Botanical Garden under the theme 'Doek on Fleek' saw women from all walks of life being celebrated on May 17.
The aim of the event was to honour mothers and caregivers for their endless and unconditional love, care and dedication.

The event's theme focused on traditional doeks (head wraps), adding a touch of cultural flair, with attendees each showcasing their personal take on the dress code.
Mothers came with their families, including littles who were accommodated in a kids' entertainment section while the adults had fun.
The event showcased style, culture and music featuring artists such as Big Zulu and Shandesh Lekompo.
