Arrest warrant for woman accused of fleeing Cowes crash scene
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a 27-year-old woman from Kent who is accused of failing to stop at the scene of a crash on the Isle of Wight.
Sharley Coster, of Silverhurst Drive, Tonbridge, was due to appear before IW Magistrates' Court on Friday, August 8, to face three driving-related charges.
The court heard that Ms Coster did not attend the scheduled hearing.
In response, magistrates issued a warrant for her arrest, which is backed for bail.

The charges relate to an incident on Wednesday, July 3, on Medina Road in Cowes, near the floating bridge, shortly before 7pm.
It is alleged that a Jeep, reportedly being driven by Ms Coster, was involved in a collision with a Nissan Qashqai.
Police confirmed at the time that no injuries were reported.
The Jeep involved did not remain at the scene, but officers later located the vehicle in Binstead a few hours later, according to police statements made at the time.
Ms Coster is accused of the following offences:
Failing to stop after a road accident
Driving without due care and attention
Failing to provide information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required
A new court date has been set for August 29, when Ms Coster is expected to attend and submit her pleas.
