While some fans believe it was a comment directed towards CM Punk and the USA Network, others have dragged John Cena's wife, Shay Shariatzadeh, into this and related it to the recent Iran-U.S. conflict that has been going on. John Cena's controversial comment on Friday night's WWE SmackDown has sparked a wave of panic and speculation among his fans Recently, as John Cena defeated CM Punk on Friday night's SmackDown, he made a few controversial comments. John Cena said, 'Hey USA, you can keep the extra two and a half minutes. I don't need a b*mb. Elvis has left the motherf**king building', and this has divided his fans. A fan wrote, 'He was referencing the USA network and the pipe bomb ( ya know, what cm punk did)'. Another fan posted, 'He was talking bout @usanetwork leaving 2mins on live air after he dropped a CM PUNK line saying 'pipebomb' meaning dropping knowledge on a microphone because his next opponent is CM PUNK and that's what he did 14 years ago before he walked out of the WWE with the title.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Scam Exposed: What They Won't Tell You about zero trust! John Cena never takes his phone out on date nights.
John Cena leaves his phone at home for date nights. The WWE legend turned Hollywood actor - who is married to Shay Shariatzadeh - has opened up on his dating tips, and insisted his outlook "can be so simple". He told Us Weekly: "Honestly, it can be so simple. I was just telling a lady who asked what makes me swoon... I think it's just being there. "Fun things I do on date night? Put your f'n phone at home. Not in your pocket, I don't even bring it with me. You only need one person to dial 911. "So... only one phone, that way we're both present, and when you're there, you're there." The 48-year-old star also urged people to be honest if you don't feel in the right "headspace" for a date. He added: "If your mind is scattered and you're not ready yet, take a five minute [break], tell your partner or the person you're with, 'Man, I don't know if I'm in the headspace to be here.' "But when you're there, you're there. So, I'm going to do all these 'talky bits' and then when I turn the corner, it is date night." The 'Heads of State' star was speaking at Amazon's Upfront event this week, and he revealed even that was an occasion for him and his wife. He told E! News: "We try to make a date out of all these things. She's here and we're going to have some fun." John rarely talks about Shay, 36, and while they're frequently seen together on red carpets, they keep a lot of their private live under wraps. Appearing on Dax Shepard's 'Armchair Expert' podcast a year ago, he explained: "I certainly value her safety and well-being. "One of the promises I made to her on the altar was, 'I will do my best not to put you in any undue harm's way.' "It's not to say that everyone out there has bad intentions or we'd ever run into someone bad, but you also never know when someone feels threatened." He previously insisted their personal life is for their "inner circle", which benefits their relationship. He told 'Today' in 2023: "We have core values which we both believe in, and one of those is keeping our information to us and those extremely close to our inner circle. "I couldn't be happier, but I think a way for us to keep our intimacy is by keeping it intimate."
