The police administration remains silent, and the law has been blatantly violated. Please, the police must take immediate action." The activist also tagged the Rajasthan Chief Minister's Office, Rajasthan Police, and Jhunjhunu Police in the post. Responding to her post, Jhunjhunu Police replied that a search operation is underway and that legal action is being taken. 'In connection with the aforementioned case, the police station officer is searching for the suspect and taking further legal action," the comment read. Meanwhile, Superintendent of Police Brijesh Jyoti Upadhyay confirmed that an investigation was launched on August 4 after the video went viral. A case has been registered under the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act, India Today reported.
