ACTU: Ryan Stokes is wrong about workplace mental health
Prominent Australian businessman Ryan Stokes has partly tried to sheet home the blame for stagnating productivity on workers' abuse of mental health compensation.
This is just plain wrong and risks creating a myth – reinforced by former ClearView CEO Simon Swanson – that young people are compo bludgers who can't handle work pressure or take feedback from managers.
