A man was arrested after officials said he took an airport cart and rammed it through the moving walkways at Buffalo Niagara International Airport in New York. Kevin J. Sinning, 29, of Wyoming, was arrested just before 1 a.m. Monday by the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Police Department.
