Shah to flag off new Amrit Bharat special train today
Patna: Union home minister Amit Shah will flag off a new Sitamarhi-Delhi Amrit Bharat inaugural special (05599) through videoconferencing from Sitamarhi on Friday.
According to the ECR's chief pubic relations officer (CPRO) Saraswati Chandra, the new Amrit Bharat Express will make a regular run once a week.
"It will depart from Delhi every Saturday at 2pm and reach Sitamarhi the next day at 10.45am.
On its return journey, the train will leave Sitamarhi every Sunday at 10.15pm and reach Delhi the next day at 10.40pm," he said.
The train will make commercial stops at Bairgania, Raxaul, Narkatiaganj, Bagaha, Siswa Bazar, Kaptanganj, Gorakhpur, Basti, Gonda, Lucknow, Kanpur Central, Tundla and Ghaziabad.
