CINEMA TRIPS
There's a way to get free cinema trips this summer – plus several options to get big discounts.
The cheapest way by far is for Sky Cinema customers
If you're paying for Sky Cinema, you can get two free Vue tickets every month.
They're valid for any Sunday to Thursday screening across the UK.
Just go into the My Sky app, click on the Sky VIp menu, then claim the two codes from the Your Vue Tickets tile.
You can then redeem them online or at your local Vue.
Another great option is for Three customers.
If you're on the mobile network, you can get access to the free Three+ rewards scheme.
And that nets you £3 tickets at Cineworld and Picturehouse on weekends – that's Friday to Sunday.
Another option is with Amazon Prime.
Sky customers can claim delicious freebies in new giveaway scheme
You can get two tickets for £10 at Odeon cinemas. The deal can be claimed once per month and works from Monday through to Thursday.
You can also upgrade them to Odeon Luxe tickets if you're willing to spend £15 instead of £10. That's £7.50 per ticket, which isn't bad for the posh seats.
TV & MOVIES
If you're new to Sky, you can go into the Sky VIP section of the My Sky app to claim a free movie.
You can claim the gift (for a movie up to £20) on the Sky Store and then watch it as many times as you like.

If you've bagged an Apple gadget recently then you can get free Apple TV+.
That's Apple's TV subscription service – a rival to Netflix with top shows like Ted Lasso, Severance, and The Morning Show.
And if you've activated a new iPhone, iPad, Apple TV or Mac in the last three months, you're able to claim three months of Apple TV+ for free right now.
Just go into the app and the offer will be waiting there for you.
It'll last you all through summer – and then you'll be charged £8.99 a month if you decide to carry it on.
FOOD
Another perk for Three customers with Three+: Just Eat discounts.
If you're on Three, you can get £5 off Just Eat orders when you spend £10.
The offer works even on top brands like McDonald's and KFC, but watch out: it expires on August 31.
Amazon Prime members can also get cheaper takeways.

That's normally £3.49 a month and gets you free delivery on orders over £15 – plus exclusive offers.
And Sky customers can bag a weekly freebie via the Sky VIP section of the My Sky app.
This weekend it's a Sainsbury's Taste The Difference pizza, but the reward changes every week – so make sure to check back.

There's a great freebie for anyone with an Amazon Prime subscription.
It works through Prime Gaming, giving you a rolling list of games to download for free.
They can be on PC or console, and can be claimed from the Prime Gaming website.
There's a new selection each month, with fresh gaming drops every Thursday.
HOW MUCH DOES AMAZON PRIME COST?
Here's what you need to know about Amazon Prime pricing in the UK...
A standard Amazon Prime membership costs £8.99 a month – that's £107.88 over the course of a year.
If you pay annually, you'll be billed £95 instead.
For TV fans who just want Amazon Prime Video without a full Prime membership, it'll cost you £5.99 a month, working out at £71.88 for the year.
Students can get discounted Amazon Prime, with the monthly cost reduced to £4.49 (or £53.88 over the course of a year).
And for students who pay annually, the one-off yearly fee is £47.49.

And each monthly lot is usually worth hundreds of pounds, so they're worth claiming.
Also, once you've claimed them, they're yours to keep – but if they expire before you bag them, you'll miss your chance.
If you're paying for Netflix, you can also claim free games.
Netflix has loads of games built right into your TV, and you can connect your phone as a controller to play. It even has some multiplayer titles so you can play with your family.
