Amazon Smoture vacuum cleaner shoppers say is 'better than Shark or Dyson' now £50 off

Amazon has been rolling out end-of-summer sales on vacuum cleaners over the past few weeks. One of the standout deals on offer is on a Smoture cordless model that consumers liken to devices from Shark or Dyson in its overall performance.
For a limited time, the Smoture Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is £50 off, now priced at £119.29, originally £169.99. Designed for both carpets and hard floors, it has enough suction to suck up long pet hairs.
Other features include a one-hour battery life, an 18-minute boost mode, and a light on the head to illuminate hidden dust particles. The top of the vacuum is also removable and can be used as a handheld cleaner.
Smoture's Cordless Vacuum Cleaner can be wall-mounted to save on storage space, which also doubles up as a charging station. Elsewhere on the high street, there are also deals on leading devices from Shark and Dyson.
One of the biggest savings at Shark is on the Cordless Stick Vacuum with Auto Empty System that's worth £349.99 and is on offer for £199.99. The auto-emptying base holds dirt and debris for up to 30 days, and the model also comes with a crevice tool and a pet multi-tool.
Meanwhile, Dyson has knocked £80 off its popular Cyclone V10 Absolute model, reducing it to £299.99. This cordless stick vacuum features hair detangling technology, a one-hour run time, and a filter that sucks up '99.99% of microscopic particles'.
Returning to Amazon's Smoture Cordless Vacuum Cleaner deal, the vacuum has been bought more than 300 times on the marketplace. One user said: "I bought this again for the upper floor, as I am so impressed with the first one I bought last year. Great value for money, and is so easy to clean. Best cordless vacuum for the price. I feel it's better than a Shark or Dyson."
Some buyers reported they would've liked a stair-cleaning attachment, as one user notes: "I really like the cleaner as it is lighter weight than the others I tried. I love the light, too, which shows up all the dust on the floor. It's easy to empty. But my problem is that there isn't an electric stair brush, and I can't buy one separately."
Another shopper commented: "I bought this to replace an ageing Shark Duo, as it was the closest comparison without paying premium prices. That said, it worked right after assembly and was extremely good at picking up hair from our rather large Labrador Retriever.
"On full power, it won't run for an hour, but that is compensated for by the excellent pick-up on both hard floors and carpets. I am seriously considering getting another so we can have one upstairs and one downstairs to save on carrying, as we are getting a bit older and taking stuff up and downstairs can be a bit awkward. Overall, this is excellent value for money and works better than expected."
A few Amazon customers found the vacuum to have 'poor battery life', however someone else who bought it to replace a Shark model and was left impressed. They explained: "I'm surprised how good it is! Very light, especially for someone who has weak hands like me. Light shows all the dirt that is invisible to the eye.
"Great for vacuuming up pet hair (although I would love to have pet hair attachment for stairs). Easy to change over the attachments, as well as empty and clean it. Very happy with purchase and definitely recommend it."
