Award-winning Afrosoul singer and songwriter Brenda Mtambo has announced the postponement of her much-anticipated concert in Witbank, citing low ticket sales as the main reason for the change in plans.
The show was originally scheduled to take place on August 22.
Taking to Instagram to break the news, Mtambo shared a heartfelt statement with her followers.
'Family, it is with a heavy heart that I announce the postponement of my upcoming show in Witbank, scheduled for 22 August. This decision was not made lightly."
"Unfortunately, ticket sales have not reached the level needed to deliver the full experience I had envisioned for you. I believe you deserve nothing less than my very best, and I want to ensure that when we meet, it's a night to remember.'
'A new date will be announced soon, and all purchased tickets will remain valid. For those who would prefer a refund, details will be shared shortly.
Thank you for your understanding, love, and continued support. We will dance, sing, and share beautiful moments together soon. ♥️'
