Sofia Vergara on giving Jessica Sanchez the Golden Buzzer: 'So proud, so excited'
Sofia Veragara took to social media to express how proud she is of giving the Golden Buzzer to Jessica Sanchez.
On X, the "America's Got Talent" judge reshared the audition clip of the Filipino-American singer performing a rendition of "Beautiful Things" by Benson Boone.
Tagging Jessica in the caption, Sofia wrote, "So proud of my amazing Golden Buzzer."
"So excited for [America] to fall in love with your voice the way I did!" she added.
Jessica replied and said she was grateful for the Golden Buzzer.
"Thank you for this amazing moment," she wrote.
Jessica rose to fame as the runner-up in "American Idol" Season 11.
Since then, she has acted in "Glee" and performed at concerts and various events.
In 2023, she was in the Philippines to perform at the Miss Universe Philippines coronation night.
