City-based GenXAI buys app maker SoftGrid
Jaipur: GenXAI, a leading AI-powered enterprise performance management (EPM) solution provider, has announced the acquisition of SoftGrid Computers Pvt Ltd, a leader in application development and web design.
Rakesh Agarwal, founder and executive chairman of the Jaipur-based GenXAI, said, "This strategic acquisition strengthens GenXAI's capabilities in advanced mobile application development and opens new avenues to build cutting-edge, AI-driven platforms across diverse digital ecosystems."
