It comes as Sophie already caught the eye of a famous admirer - ahead of the show's launch. Namely, ladies man and Hollyoaks actor, Gary Lucy - who played Luke Morgan in the soap. The 43-year-old has followed Sophie on her social media profiles for some time and even liked some of her stunning photographs. Elsewhere, Sophie has been described as confrontational and argumentative and won't stop until she has her own way.
