From northern plains to southern coasts, several regions are witnessing persistent rainfall, creating humid and overcast conditions while disrupting normal life and travel plans. Arunachal Pradesh has been placed on alert as very heavy rain is forecast for Anjaw, East Kameng, Pakke Kessang, and Papum Pare, with Kurung Kumey expected to witness heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning. Live Events Odisha 's Koraput and Malkangiri districts are under an Orange warning due to heavy rain, thunderstorms, and gusty winds of 30–40 kmph. Telangana is also expected to see heavy to very heavy rainfall over the next 72 hours, with Hyderabad under red alert as waterlogging and traffic disruptions increase. Meanwhile, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand continue to face low to moderate flash flood risks, and 328 roads, including two national highways in Himachal Pradesh, have been closed. West Bengal, Bihar, and Sikkim are also at risk, with very heavy rainfall expected in selected watersheds and sub-Himalayan districts until Friday.
