Flashing flooding for parts of Southern Pennsylvania
BEDFORD, PA. (WTAJ) — The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Warning for parts of Central/Southern Pennsylvania.

The warning highlights Blair, Cambria, Somerset, and Bedford County and will expire at 8:45 p.m. Wednesday, July 16.
Between one and three inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to an inch are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
