Video: Spartans LB Darius Snow talks tight bond with teammates, impact that'll have in 2025
Michigan State linebacker Darius Snow has been around the block for the Spartans for a long time, and he's leading by example this fall camp.
Snow caught up with the media on Tuesday to provide some insight to where the Spartans are through the first few weeks of fall preseason camp. The sixth-year senior shared some interesting notes on Michigan State, with one thing standing out to him is how close the team is right now.
"Whenever you have guys that are friends, outside of here, you wanna play for each other more," Snow said during his media availability on Tuesday. "... The closer you are to your teammates, the more you want to play for them.'
Snow noted that some of the players jokingly make fun of his age as the elder leader on the roster, which it seems like he is fine with being.
Snow has battled multiple injuries during his time at Michigan State, but through all that has appeared in 36 career games (including 12 starts). He has recorded 127 career tackles, with 6.5 of those being for a loss.
