However, their discharges will take place separately, as V has been serving in the Special Duty Team (SDT) of the Capital Defense Command, specifically assigned to the Ssangyong Unit of the 2nd Army Corps. Meanwhile, RM is stationed at the 15th Infantry Division, a frontline unit based in Gangan Province. Just a day later, on June 11, Jimin and Jungkook will complete their service as well. The duo enlisted together and have been serving in the 5th Infantry Division under the "Companion Soldiers" program — a system that allows close friends or relatives to serve alongside each other, providing emotional support during their time in the military. Jin and J-Hope have already wrapped up their service, with Jin being discharged on June 12, 2024, and J-Hope following on October 17, 2024.
