Over 25 foreign nationals arrested for trying to enter Oman illegally
Muscat: The Al Wusta Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the Special Taskforce Police Unit in Haima, arrested twenty-seven individuals of African nationalities for illegally entering the country, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP). A citizen was also detained for transporting the infiltrators by land and facilitating their illegal entry. Legal procedures are currently being completed against all of the arrested individuals.

Expats arrested for human trafficking and public morals violations in Muscat
Muscat : The Royal Oman Police (ROP), has arrested three foreigners for human trafficking in Muscat Governorate. ROP said in a statement :"Muscat Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the Special Taskforce Police Command, arrested three individuals, including a citizen and two Egyptian nationals, on charges of human trafficking." Meanwhile, the ROP arrested 21 Egyptian women, ten Iranian women, eight Pakistani women, four Thai women, two Uzbek women, and two Moroccan women were arrested for engaging in acts contrary to public morals and decency. Legal procedures are being completed.
