BJP takes out huge Tiranga Yatre in Hubballi
A huge flag march (Tiranga Yatre) to pay tribute to martyrs and to celebrate the success of Operation Sindoor was taken out in Hubballi on Friday under the aegis of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and people from all walks of life took part in it.
The Tiranga Yatre, which began at Moorusavir Mutt Ground, concluded at B.R. Ambedkar Circle, after covering the thoroughfares of the city.
Sri Gurusiddha Rajayogindra Swami of Moorusavir Mutt, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, MLAs Arvind Bellad, Mahesh Tenginakai and M.R. Patil, MLC S.V. Sankanur flagged off the Tiranga Yatre at Morursavir Mutt Ground.
Subsequently, students of schools and colleges, ex-servicemen, people from different walks of life and BJP members took part in the march holding and waving the tricolour.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Pralhad Joshi said that after the terror attack at Pahalgam, the Indian army gave a befitting reply to the Pakistani terrorists.
'We all should appreciate the bravery and sacrifice of our soldiers. This rally has been organised to send a message to all those in the army that 'we are with you',' he said.
Mr. Joshi said that Pakistan has been given a big blow by the Indian army which targeted the terrorist bases and training camps.
A host of BJP leaders led the Tiranga Yatre during which the slogan Bharat Mata Ki Jai reverberated in the air till the conclusion of the yatre.
