On I-Day, 26/11 survivor & war widows honoured
Mumbai: A young survivor of the 26/11 terrorist attack at CSMT, Devika Rotawan, along with families of martyred soldiers and civilians who died in the Pahalgam strike as well as Operation Sindoor, were honoured on Independence Day at Shanmukhananda Hall on Friday.
Major General Satinder Singh, chairman, board of administration, canteen stores dept of the Indian Army, and Brig Gyan Trivedi, station commander, Mumbai, presented the honours.
Rotawan was conferred the Sri Shanmukha Shaurya Ratna Award 2025 with a cash prize of Rs 2.5 lakh. tnn
