Home catches fire on Memorial Day in World Golf Village, no one injured, St. Johns firefighters say
No one was injured in a house fire that happened in the World Golf Village area on Monday night, St. Johns County Fire Rescue said. SJCFR responded to the fire, which happened in the 100 block of Log Spring Way around 7 p.m. Intense flames could be seen coming from the garage area in pictures that SJCFR posted to its Facebook page. Firefighters quickly attacked the fire with multiple hoses to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby homes. Everyone who was inside the house was able to get out before firefighters arrived, SJCFR said. The State Marshal's Office is currently investigating the cause of the fire. Further details will be released once the investigation is complete, SJCFR said. Boaters rescued from capsized vessel near St. Augustine Inlet
A group of boaters were rescued Monday from the capsized vessel they were in near the St. Augustine Inlet. It happened at about 2 p.m. when teams from the St. Augustine Fire Department, St. Johns County Fire Rescue, sheriff's office, U.S. Coast Guard and Florida Fish and Wildlife responded to the emergency. 'St Augustine Fireboat Marine 49 arrived on scene and assisted the victims out of the water,' a St. Augustine Fire Department social media post states. 'No injuries or pollution were reported. FWC is investigating the cause of the accident. Person killed, two injured in crash near Nease High School: Fire Rescue
A person is dead and two others have been taken to the hospital after a crash in Ponte Vedra Beach Sunday night, according to St. Johns County Fire Rescue. Officials say three cars were involved in the crash at U.S. 1 and Ray Road outside of Nease High School. >>> STREAM ACTION NEWS JAX LIVE <<< First responders responded to the crash shortly after 7 P.M. One person was killed and two others were transported for medical attention, according to SJCFR. As of 9:20 P.M., Florida Highway Patrol says all lanes are still blocked at the intersection. Two escape injury in St. Johns County boat fire
St. Johns County firefighters were called out to Trout Creek Memorial Park and Marina at about 10 a.m. Saturday in response to a boat fire. Child in critical condition after e-bike crash in St. Johns County
St. Johns County Fire Rescue says a middle school-aged child is fighting for his life after a crash on an e-bike.
