A school bus driver in Prince Albert is facing an impaired driving charge after a collision outside a school on Thursday.
Officers were called to St. Mary High School on 14th Street West around 3:30 p.m. on June 5 for a reported impaired driver, Prince Albert police said in a news release Wednesday.
Police say a bus driver reportedly backed into a vehicle outside the school. Officers conducted a breathalyzer, which the driver failed.
The driver, a 68-year-old man, was the sole occupant of the bus at the time of the collision, according to police.
He was charged with impaired driving and exceeding .08 blood alcohol level in a motor vehicle.
