Kia reveals price for new Carens Clavis: Check features, colours, starting price and other details
Kia India launched its big, bold family vehicle, the new Kia Carens Clavis , for Indian consumers at a starting price of Rs 11.49 lakhs on Friday. Kia digital tiger face, LED headlamps with LED daytime running lights, and Starmap LED connected tail lamps gives a clear visual identity. Adding to its road presence are 17 inch crystal-cut dual-tone alloy wheels and a new ivory silver gloss body colour. Kia India unveils Carens Clavis with enhanced features
Kia India has launched its much-anticipated Carens Clavis-- a new three-row vehicle designed for modern families equipped with multiple powertrains. The automaker claims the model is designed to bridge the gap between MPVs and SUVs. Bookings for the new model will start at midnight on May 9 for a token of Rs. 25,000. The new model, which will be available alongside the standard Carens, features Ice Cube MFR LED Headlamps with LED DRLs, and Starmap LED Connected Taillamps. It will be available in eight colour options– ivory silver gloss, pewter olive, imperial blue, glacier white pearl, gravity grey, sparkling silver, aurora black pearl and clear white. Gwanggu Lee , MD and CEO of Kia India, said: 'Innovation is the core of everything we do, driven by advanced technology and distinctive design. The unveiling of the Carens Clavis represents a key milestone in our journey, embodying our commitment to a progressive, premium, and purpose-led approach." Features New powertrain options introduced include the Smartstream G1.5 Petrol and Smartstream G1.5 Turbo-GDi petrol engines, as well as the D1.5 diesel. It is equipped with the ADAS Level 2 technology, and offers 20 autonomous features, including Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop and Go, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Front Collison-Avoidance Assist- Direct Oncoming, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Collision Warning, Blind View Monitor in Cluster, Rear Cross Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist and host of other autonomous safety features. It also offers six-speed manual, six-speed torque converter automatic, iMT, and seven-speed DCT gearboxes. Customers can choose from seven variants, namely HTE, HTE(O), HTK, HTK+, HTK+(O), HTX, and HTX+.
