Why Is Steffy Forrester Leaving Bold & Beautiful?
Eager to know why Jacqueline MacInnes Wood, who plays Steffy, is leaving The Bold and the Beautiful? She has been a key part of the latest storyline, which saw Luna attempting to kill her. Luna pulls out a weapon to attack her, but fortunately, Sheila intervenes and wrestles the gun away. By the end of the fight, Steffy is saved, but Liam and Luna are severely injured. Now, Sheila has decided to leave town to process these shocking events. Although this is what the character's reasons are, here's the real reason behind MacInnes Wood's departure. Why is Jacqueline MacInnes Wood's Steffy Forrester leaving The Bold and the Beautiful Wood is currently on maternity leave, and it's unknown when she would potentially return to The Bold and the Beautiful. On the storyline front, many believe Steffy's exit isn't random but hints at an unexpected twist at play. Early this year, she announced her pregnancy in her newsletter. She said, 'I'm almost 7 months pregnant! Our family is beyond excited, and my kids are over the moon. It's such a special time in our home—so much love, energy, and anticipation!' She also mentioned that she is trying to balance work and personal life while prioritizing her health. Now, she has stopped filming more scenes on the show, given that she is on maternity leave. In the storyline, before leaving the town, Steffy visits Liam. At the time, she also meets Sheila for a conversation about the recent events, informing her of her departure, and asks about her foot's condition. She then informs Liam that she wants some time away from town to process the latest events. So, she's leaving the town with the kids but mentions that she feels bad about leaving him alone. Liam encourages her to proceed with her plan. Before she leaves, they confess their love for one another. Many think that Steffy leaving the town isn't random, but there's more to the story than what meets the eye. This is because she is taking Kelly and moving away from Liam, who is most vulnerable at this point. However, this storyline appears to connect to the part where Grace and her mysterious colleague saved Liam, with Finn and Bridget now potentially moving to uncover how they did it. Taylor and Ridge's Shocking B&B Confession: Should Steffy Divorce Finn?
Ridge and Taylor discussed Steffy's marriage on The Bold and the Beautiful. They blamed her husband, Finn, for being the cause of most of her problems. Finn is related to Sheila and Luna. Who knows who else is his blood relative? Does this necessarily mean that Steffy should give up on her marriage? Taylor (Rebecca Budig) and Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) are obviously concerned about Steffy's (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) safety and well-being, especially when Luna (Lisa Yamada) is on the loose. She has a gun and could explode at any minute. Luna is desperate to have a relationship with her father, Finn (Tanner Novlan). She's already snuck into the Cliff House a few times. READ THIS: Who will ruin Taylor and Ridge's vows on B&B? The Finnegans need to ramp up their security. Meanwhile, Ridge and Taylor believe that their daughter is constantly in danger because of Finn's biological mother and daughter. But Finn has chosen his family in the end. He promised Steffy that he would keep her safe. They even went as far as to get the police involved. Steffy's parents think she would be better off without Finn in her life, and they have discussed the idea of their daughter leaving him. Does that necessarily mean she should? Finn shouldn't get blamed for who he's related to. He didn't bring any of those people into Steffy's life. They inserted themselves into his life. WATCH THIS: Check out Soap Hub's new podcast, Soap Hub Says here! Sheila has been obsessed with the Forresters for a long time. She thought she had an in when she found out that she was Finn's mother. Also, Finn shouldn't be to blame for being Luna's biological father. Poppy (Romy Park) kept the truth from him for 20 years. Finn just found out, just like everyone else did. Finn has a good heart, which has caused him to make mistakes. But he shouldn't be to blame for bringing these two women into Steffy's life. Hopefully, Steffy doesn't heed her parents' advice. What are your thoughts? Do you agree with Taylor and Ridge that Steffy should leave Finn? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers: Sheila has second thoughts?
When you buy through links on our articles, Future and its syndication partners may earn a commission. Sheila has been very protective of Steffy on The Bold and the Beautiful despite their colorful and fraught past. However, will Sheila start changing her tune the closer Luna comes to hurting her? Sheila (Kimberlin Brown) is not someone that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will ever welcome into her life, so it's surprising to see Sheila as one of Steffy's biggest supporters at the moment. She's been insisting to Luna (Lisa Yamada) and now Remy (Christian Weissman) that as Finn's (Tanner Novlan) wife, Steffy is essential. Steffy's the mother of their children and, as noted in the July 2 episode, she's been through more than most people ever will. Luna doesn't like that her grandmother is taking Steffy's side in all of this. Luna blames everything on Steffy. Steffy, as Luna sees it, is the reason that she can't have a relationship with her father. Nevermind the fact that Luna already tried to kill Steffy — which she didn't mean to do, of course, because it's all a result of her damaged childhood! In fact, Luna has been trying to sway Sheila to her side by pointing out that if Steffy was out of the way, they could both have the relationship with Finn that they've dreamt of. It's an enticing thought for Sheila, to be sure, but the reformed (?) villain knows that eliminating Steffy will only cause heartache for Finn and Hayes and that's her primary motivation to keep Steffy safe. However, it's still possible that when push comes to shove, Sheila could try to leverage saving Steffy into a way to be close to Finn. Yes, she can save Steffy from Luna, but in doing so she could make a case that she should be allowed to see Finn and Hayes and that maybe, maybe, she'd work harder to save Steffy if she knew there was a carrot dangling at the end of the rope. Right now we're seeing Sheila navigate between protecting Steffy, Hayes and Finn from Luna, while also trying to protect Luna from herself. Sheila knows that Luna is dangerous and needs help, but being the one in the middle of it all isn't easy. If it comes to pass that she has a chance to have a relationship with Finn, we can see where Sheila will do whatever it takes to seize it, even after all the time she's spent trying to protect Steffy. The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on CBS and the following day on Paramount Plus. Check your local listings to see when it comes on where you are.
