(NewsNation) — A Chinese scientist was arrested for allegedly trying to smuggle a dangerous fungus into the country. Author Jamie Metzl and Steven Yates with conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation say China is not taken as a serious threat by the U.S. and it should be.
