Samara Weaving's "Eenie Meanie" zooms through Cleveland
Cleveland's movie fun doesn't begin or end with "Superman."
Driving the news: The city is all over the trailer for new Hulu movie "Eenie Meanie." It stars horror movie regular Samara Weaving as a getaway driver trying to save her ex-boyfriend's life.
The movie received a $12.2 million Ohio Motion Picture Tax Credit under the working title "Stickshift" and was mostly filmed over a few months in 2023 and 2024, according to movie critic Joey Morona.
Axios Cleveland also caught some of the filming action in February.
Zoom in: Several scenes in the trailer show Weaving speeding through parts of the Flats, Tremont and Ohio City.
