Try this 5-minute spring makeup look
If you're looking for a quick and easy makeup application that will effortlessly elevate your look, here's my go-to five-minute face for spring that never fails to deliver. I love a clean makeup look with a bold lip. It's minimal, fresh and strong, and it never looks or feels too intense. Here's how to create it at home: Base: I started by applying Stila Cosmetics One-Step Correct to brighten, smooth and colour correct my complexion. Next, I lightly dusted on MAC Cosmetics Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation to T-zone to strategically even out, set and mattify my skin. Bronzer: Using the same blender brush, I contoured my face by lightly dabbing on the Rimmel London Natural Bronzer . To add a soft glow, I highlighted the peak points of my face with Stila Cosmetics Haven's Hue Highlighter in Kitten . Discover the best of B.C.'s recipes, restaurants and wine. Brows: Filling in your eyebrows is a great way to enhance a minimal makeup look. Here I chose the Benefit Cosmetics Precisely My Brow Pencil Waterproof Eyebrow Definer in #4.5. I then dressed my eyes with Marcelle Long-Wear Eyeshadow Pencil in Gold Star and black mascara. Lips: I'm leaning into the pastel trend this season and opted for a pink lip. Here I'm wearing M-A-CXIMAL Sleek Satin Lipstick in Saint Germaine and dabbed on Essense Baby Got Blush in Tickle Me Pink.
