Pete Wicks leaves Sam Thompson BLEEDING after accidentally hitting him in the face while filming social media skit

Pete Wicks left Sam Thompson bleeding after accidentally hitting him in the face while filming a social media skit on Saturday. The former TOWIE star, 37, and his Made In Chelsea bestie, 32, are known for their hilarious Instagram sketches and close friendship. However, the joke hilariously got a bit too real when Pete accidentally caught Sam's eye while pretending to punch him for a video on Instagram. In the original clip, the duo were recreating a scene from a movie where a man grabs his love interest from the back of her neck and she turns around to kiss him. They filmed a joke version of their own where Pete was supposed to fake hit Sam after he tried to grab him. However, the stunt didn't quite go to plan and a behind the scenes version of the clip showed how Pete's fist accidentally connected with Sam's eye - and the aftermath. The reality star groaned as he fell to the floor and rolled around while grabbing his eye, with Pete running after him to make sure he was alright. 'Oh my God!' Sam exclaimed while asking how bad it was, as Pete shouted: 'Is he bleeding?' Worried, Sam asked the person behind the camera: 'Is it really cut? Am I going to have to get it stitched up?,' who confirmed that he wouldn't. He then walked away as he jokingly shouted to Pete: 'You just battered my f****** eye.' When he posted the original video, Sam joked: 'Blood was spilled in the making of this'. Then after posting the behind the scenes version, he clarified: 'You wanted the behind the scenes so here you go! He did run after me and was very sorry.' Friends and fans alike rushed to the comments to share their reaction to the hilarious moment. Vicky Pattinson quipped: 'He does his own stunts people,' while Strcitly's Jowita Przytal wrote: 'Omg, you two'. Melvin Odoom wrote: 'Sorry Sam but,' alongside a slew of lauighing emojis. The reality star groaned as he fell to the floor and rolled around while grabbing his eye, with Pete running after him to make sure he was alright Others added: 'Pete's reaction is like when you accidentally hurt your sibling and don't want to get caught' and 'Pete's like 'don't cry mum will hear! Don't tell mum''. It comes after Sam spent the Easter weekend with new love interest Samie Elishi after it was revealed the pair are dating. The former I'm A Celeb winner romanced Samie, 25, at the King's Road Fine Food Market as sources close to the couple say 'they really like each other.' It comes days after Sam's ex-Zara McDermott, 28, went public with One Direction boyfriend Louis Tomlinson, 33, who she was pictured kissing in Los Angeles. Sam first met Samie, who appeared on Love Island in 2023 and returned to the All Stars series this year, through his presenting role on spinoff, Aftersun. But following his breakup from 2018 Islander Zara, Sam and Samie started exchanging flirty messages over Instagram before hitting it off in person. An insider says Sam, who has been playing the field since finding himself single again, is beginning to feel sure on Samie and didn't mind who saw them out together in Chelsea. A source told MailOnline: 'Sam and Samie are really getting along and if early signs are anything to go by, this could turn into a long-term relationship. 'It may be early days still, but they do really like each other. Friends and fans alike rushed to the comments to share their reaction to the hilarious moment It comes after Sam spent the Easter weekend with new love interest Samie Elishi after it was revealed the pair are dating 'Sam is already introducing Samie to Chelsea by showing her off on the King's Road over the Easter weekend and given how popular he is in the area, it meant a lot that he wasn't hiding her away.' The new couple spent Easter weekend getting to know each other better as Zara and Louis also enjoyed the Bank Holiday in London. MailOnline revealed that former Strictly star Zara had been spotted with singer Louis at a Sainsbury's Local self-service checkout on Easter Sunday. The couple wore laidback clothing as they were seen with their arms affectionately round each other while purchasing snacks in the supermarket. Zara's relationship with Louis was first revealed in March after the two were spotted at hotel The Suffolk in Aldeburgh. They have since been inseparable, spending time together in Los Angeles and London, as well as with Zara's close-knit family. Samie met ex-boyfriend Tom Clare on Love Island in 2023, but the pair's romance was short-lived. The footballer is now in a long-term relationship with fitness influencer Molly Smith, who he won All Stars with last year. After receiving flirty DMs from Luca Bish, Samie hoped to turn his head on the All Stars series but his connection with Grace Jackson proved too strong. Samie has been single since her split from ex-TOWIE cast member Harry Lee, who she split from in September last year. MailOnline revealed Sam and Zara had gone their separate ways after five years on New Year's Day after the Chelsea regular was seen partying with his former co-stars.
