If you're a foodie, then this is a summer deal you want to pay attention to. Ossiano is turning up the heat with its new 'Summer of Discovery' tasting menu, available daily until August 31. Priced at Dhs750, you'll get a six-course dinner experience while you enjoy views of the massive aquarium. Setting the tone with refined canapés, diners will kick off with oysters, otoro tuna tartlet crowned with Kristal caviar and king crab. The opening 'waves' transition into primavera, a fresh pea panna cotta enveloped by roasted nuts and greens, followed by mojama, a Spanish‑tinged pan con tomate featuring heirloom tomatoes and chutoro tuna. The menu continues with cod fish poached in kombu oil, accented by tangy lime caviar and sea grapes, before moving to langoustine served atop passionfruit jam with a hint of dried curry leaves. For your mains, you can choose between a citrusy John Dory à la Meunière or Moroccan‑spiced wagyu beef, grilled over binchotan charcoal for depth and smoke. Dessert brings the tide in with a chocolate and almond sponge cake, paired alongside ganache and milk chocolate mousse, a sweet finish. If you're feeling extra boujie, you can splurge for the grape pairing for an added Dhs600 or a mocktail pairing for Dhs250.
