It's 1tbsp szn! Tonight, our Mix Up Resident brings us the sounds of Autumn for week three of his takeover.
From coming up in the underground Meanjin/Brisbane scene to touring across the US, Europe and Canada, we're welcoming this Unearthed act back on the triple j airwaves with open arms.

On top of recent support slots for Disclosure and heading up festivals including Listen Out and Groovin The Moo, he also runs the Sumoclic record label and party series where he's been releasing a bunch of his own tunes over the last few years.
It's no secret that 1tbsp, the dance project of Maxwell Bryne who you also may know as Grammy-nominated artist Golden Vessel, is one of Australia's most exciting emerging dance top of recent support slots for Disclosure and heading up festivals including Listen Out and Groovin The Moo, he also runs the Sumoclic record label and party series where he's been releasing a bunch of his own tunes over the last few years.
This includes his standout 2024 debut album Megacity1000 which he recently followed up with his boundary-pushing hotel living EP. Across the six tracks he takes us on a kaleidoscopic journey through alt-pop and club grooves with a Latin-American flair, and you'll hear collabs with fellow Aussie acts cherry chola and Purient as well as overseas mates DJ ADHD, MC Pânico and Meth Math.
