According to eyewitnesses, the surge in footfall led to panic and a scuffle, during which two individuals were killed and three sustained injuries. Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sunita Rawat confirmed the fatalities and said efforts are underway to identify the deceased. Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Sunita Rawat confirmed the deaths of two persons and said that efforts are on to identify them. The injured persons were rushed to a hospital, she said.
