Lessons to learn for Fazri despite winning race
PETALING JAYA: National middle distance runner Wan Mohd Fazri Wan Zahari (pic) was two seconds slower than his personal best but he knows every start is a lesson for better things. The Universiti Malaya (UM) student won the 800m by clocking 1:52.16 at the Super Series MA International Meet in Stadium Merdeka on Sunday.

400m winner Aiman admits catching up with Umar is hard to do
PETALING JAYA: Johor's Aiman Najmi Anuar sprung a surprise to win the men's 400m in the Super Series MA International Meet at the Merdeka Stadium yesterday. The 20-year-old Bukit Jalil Sports School pre-university student posted a time of 47.57s to pip national runner Sayyid Amin Roslan in the last 100m by 0.11s.
