YKK Named CDP Supplier Engagement Leader for FY2024
YKK Corporation has once again been recognized as a global sustainability leader, earning the Supplier Engagement Leader title from international non-profit CDP in its FY2024 Supplier Engagement Assessment—marking the third consecutive year the company has received this top-tier honor. This recognition highlights YKK's robust initiatives to cut greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across its supply chain and foster deeper supplier collaboration to achieve sustainability targets. In February 2025, YKK also secured an 'A' score in CDP's 2024 Climate Change Survey, underlining its consistent climate action. Takayuki Aoki, Vice President of Procurement & Logistics at YKK, attributed the achievement to the company's Sustainability Vision 2050 and long-standing CYCLE OF GOODNESS® philosophy, which prioritizes societal benefit as a key business driver.
