A major highlight was an inspiring film chronicling the evolution of Dassani Brothers, reflecting its heritage, values, and commitment to excellence in craftsmanship and culture.
The celebration included a three-tier employee recognition ceremony, honoring loyalty and service:
Platinum League: for 30+ years of dedication
Diamond League: for 15+ years of impactful contributions
Gold League: for 8+ years of service and commitment
Key team members also received formal designations, acknowledging their expanding roles and leadership responsibilities across departments.
A visionary session was led by the MD & CEO of the International Institute of Gemology (IIG), who is now onboarded as a Business Consultant to Dassani Brothers, reinforcing the brand's focus on innovation and industry leadership.
The evening lightened with a stand-up comedy performance, creating a space of joy and connection, followed by an emotional tribute video to employees and their families, celebrating unity and shared values.
Founder & Finance Head, Surendra Kumarji Dassani, shared heartfelt closing remarks:
