The restaurant on the eighth floor of the Social Hub building in Candleriggs Square in Merchant City has room for 100 diners indoors and 60 more on an outdoor terrace. Bosses have vowed their food will be centred around locally-sourced ingredients from sustainable suppliers. Glasgow's newest rooftop bar and restaurant to open soon
SíSí, serving up Mexican-American inspired sharing plates, craft cocktails and panoramic city views, will be located on top of The Social Hub in Candleriggs Square. The newest Merchant City spot is set to open on Friday, August 1 and from noon until 1am. From then on, customers will be able to enjoy locally-sourced menu items, innovative drinks and events. But its main selling point will be its city-wide views that stretch from the Merchant City to the Cathkin Braes. New rooftop bar to open with panoramic views of Glasgow
SíSí Rooftop will be located at the top of the eighth storey of The Social Hub in Merchant City, in the newly developed Candleriggs Square. It is a restaurant and bar which will serve Mexican-American inspired sharing plates and craft cocktails, such as a green bloody maria, mezcal paloma and spicy margarita, as well as a wine list and a range of beers on draught.
