With the small amount of points, it makes more sense to AVOID the moneyline, and lay the little bit.

COLORADO STATE -1.5 (+100) makes more sense to play at even money, rather than risking $110 to win $100 on the moneyline.
The Rams have been on an absolute roll, covering 9 in a row, and they cashed in both meetings with Boise State +1.5 (-120) in the regular season.
The last time the Rams failed to cover was Feb. 11 at Utah State, and it avenged that loss with authority in Friday's rout in the semifinal.
OVER 139.5 (-110) is worth a look in this third meeting of the season between these Mountain West rivals. The Over cashed in both of the meetings in the regular season.
The Over has a slight 8-5 edge in the past 13 games for the Rams. Be careful, though, as the Under is 4-1-1 in the past 6 games for the Broncos. But again, the Over hit in both games with Colorado State, so look for plenty of fireworks in the final.
