Disney's Family Feud viewers disgusted after all transgender team who did quiz show to raise money for PROSTITUTES make foul jokes
Disney's Family Feud is facing backlash after its first-ever all-trans team made a number of sexually charged jokes as they raised money for black trans prostitutes. The team was led by actress Laverne Cox, who joked about having her testicles removed as she cracked innuendos throughout the family show airing this week. She appeared alongside Mila Jam, Joslyn De Freece, TS Madison, and entertainer Peppermint, as the team raised money for Madison's charity TS Madison Starter House. The charity is a re-entry home for recently imprisoned black trans women, and describes itself on its website as 'an innovative housing initiative designed to support and empower black trans women engaged in sex work.' The all-trans team won $25,000 for Madison's charity, who added on the show that her charity for recently incarcerated prostitutes is a 're-entry house for system-impacted trans women.' Host Steve Harvey appeared stunned by some of the sex jokes that the team made during the show, with one coming after he asked Madison if he could call her 'TS.' 'Of course,' she responded. 'Listen, I take it short or long.' Harvey looked lost for words as he tried to get the show back on track, before Madison made another double entendre just seconds later. As Harvey turned to the camera with his mouth open in shock, Madison chimed in again: 'Steve Harvey, it's okay to free ball, we're free balling today.' 'We're free balling all day,' she added. Cox then added her own innuendo about having her own testicles removed. She cut in: 'Some of us are without the 'B' word, so some of us are free, and some of us have set them free.' As Harvey said 'oh my God', Madison added: 'Mine is called Chucky.' The lewd jokes sparked backlash from some on social media who slammed the remarks on the family show. Some X users called for a boycott of Family Feud, feeling the moment crossed the line. 'The freeballing jokes/ innuendos from the trans family was CRINGE ASF!!!' one X user said. 'Bring back shame.' View this post on Instagram A post shared by Family Feud (@familyfeud) Another said: 'Celebrity Family Feud features all trans team that is raising money for black prostitutes. Survey says... Show cancellation coming soon.' One also directed their response directly to host Steve Harvey, saying the show 'was the most disappointing family feud ever.' 'Not interested in the show any longer with these types of candidates.' Disney did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the response to the show when contacted by the Daily Mail. The team's leader Laverne Cox, best known as the star of Orange is the New Black, made her appearance weeks after facing scrutiny from her own fans for admitting she dated a Trump-supporter. The star, 53, who is known for her extremely progressive politics, enraged her woke fanbase after dropping the bombshell about her love life in a video to promote her upcoming one-woman show. She also admitted that her lover, a police officer, was 22 years younger than her. 'He was 26, I was 48,' she explained. 'He is a blonde hair, blue-eyed MAGA Republican voter who is a New York City police officer.' While they're no longer dating, Cox admitted that they were 'madly in love' during their time together, and also gushed about how 'hot' he was, but insisted that she never adopted any of his conservative political views. The post was met with extreme backlash from fans of the Orange Is the New Black star, with many expressing complete shock and disbelief that she could date a Republican while publicly preaching her progressive politics.
