HYDERABAD: The Upa-Lokayukta of Andhra Pradesh has facilitated the resolution of a land acquisition compensation grievance in Musunuru Village, C.S. Puram Mandal, Prakasam District. The case involved a complaint by P. Om Sivaiah regarding the non-payment of compensation for 1.72 acres of land acquired for the Bangalore-Kadapa-Vijayawada economic corridor (NH-554G). The complainant alleged inaction by the District Collector in addressing the compensation issue.
