Kathy Griffin, 64, is wrinkle-free as she shops at the farmer's market in LA after undergoing third facelift
showed off her taut new face on Sunday, after recently undergoing a third facelift. The 64-year-old comedian was spotted shopping at the Studio City Farmer's Market in Los Angeles with a mystery man. The star looked fresh-faced and wrinkle-free as she sat down for a quick break to enjoy some ice cream. She kept it casual for the outing, sporting a vintage light pink Sonny & Cher t-shirt with a pair of navy pants. She completed the comfortable outfit with a pair of black sneakers and wore a blue crossbody bag while enjoying the sunny day out. Her bright red tresses were pulled back into an updo and she later shielded her eyes with a pair of peach sunglasses. Her male companion sported a blue t-shirt and khaki shorts as he walked next to the star. Earlier this week Kathy confirmed she underwent a third face lift after raising eyebrows with her taut appearance while hiking near her $8.8M Malibu home. 'Very taut is also very true!' the comedian wisecracked on her Talk Your Head Off podcast last Tuesday. 'It's my third. I know that's so vain! I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face. You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want.' 'I don't want you to come to care what I look like. I'm in Lululemons today for God's sake. I'm in my fat pants. I don't have dysmorphia... I have a little.' Proving she's no gatekeeper, Kathy revealed her new face came courtesy of Dr. Ben Talei, who previously worked on her famous friend Sia. The 49-year-old camera-shy pop star gushed over the 'incredible' Beverly Hills plastic surgeon while publicly presenting him with a Daytime Beauty Award in 2023: 'I love him, I can't say enough good about him.' And it wasn't just Griffin's face as she revealed her cosmetic procedure also included a blepharoplasty, foxy eye lift, and work on her chin. She kept it casual for the outing, sporting a vintage light pink Sonny & Cher t-shirt with a pair of navy pants Her bright red tresses were pulled back into an updo and she later shielded her eyes with a pair of peach sunglasses 'There's a stitch in my chin, which you're probably not going to see unless you're under me, but not in that way,' the two-time Emmy winner wisecracked. 'I'm going to be honest. It's painful. So these bi***es that are like, "It's like getting a tooth filled! It's nothing!" No, it's painful.' Kathy did not mention taking pain pills but, in 2020, she was hospitalized at age 59 for an addiction to pills - Oxycontin, Valium, Klonopin, Ativan, Adderall, and Provigil - which stemmed from past injuries. 'Then you go to this rich lady recovery place. It's not all ladies. I saw a couple dudes there, but everybody's kind of in hiding and I had gauze on like a soccer ball,' Griffin continued. 'You get out of that place and you come home and maybe you come home with a nurse, and it's disgusting. I'm not going to lie. The first night there's drains that come out of your chin. I know it's so gross. But the vanity takes over.' The flame-haired funnywoman - who boasts 4.1M social media followers - posted a clip of her vlog on Instagram and Melissa Rivers commented: 'You look great!' Melissa's late mother Joan Rivers was Kathy's mentor, and she was always honest about her multiple cosmetic surgeries including a nose job, eye lift, and tummy tucks: 'I've had so much plastic surgery, when I die they will donate my body to Tupperware.' Griffin - who had half of her left lung removed in 2021 cancer battle - has previously confessed to having her breasts enlarged, a brow-lift, a facial peel, and liposuction (which nearly killed her in 1999). The Illinois-born comic's plastic surgery journey originally began in 1986, at age 26, with a nose job. Kathy kicks off her humorously named New Face, New Tour on November 8 at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, NV after concluding her 75-city My Life on the PTSD-List Tour. Griffin still holds the Guinness World Record for the highest number of televised stand-up specials - 20 - by a comedian for any network. 2005 vs. 1997: Kathy's plastic surgery journey originally began in 1986, at age 26, with a nose job The Grammy winner will next voice the character Chastity Piranha in JB Ghuman Jr.'s animated pilot SPoRKartOON - premiering August 24 at the Hop Hop Film Festival in Harlem - alongside Tatum O'Neal, Rosie O'Donnell, and Margaret Cho. On the personal front, Kathy finalized her divorce from Randy Bick on January 13 after nearly four years of marriage, but he signed a prenuptial agreement. Before their 2020 wedding, Griffin and the 47-year-old marketing executive dated for nine years aside from a brief four-month split in 2018-2019. The Unconventional actress divorced her first husband - computer technician Matt Moline - in 2006 after five years of marriage.

Kathy Griffin looks completely unrecognisable as she reveals latest facelift
American star Kathy Griffin has said she's 'so vain' after revealing the results of her latest facelift, which has left her looking completely unrecognisable as she went about her day A huge TV star and comedian looked completely unrecognisable after their latest facelift. Kathy Griffin, 64, stepped out in Malibu after leaving a pilates class looking very wrinkle-free following her latest procedure. Kathy, who is not one to mince her words, looked sensational as she went about her day under the glaring West Coast sunshine after getting her exercise in. The actress and comedian protected her eyes from the scorching sunshine with a pair of oversized orange sunglasses. Meanwhile, she wore an orange T-shirt with "Adops, don't shop," across the front, completing her look with a pair of navy leggings and a pair of flat black shoes. Her famous orange hair was swept back into a high ponytail while she carried a blue and white tote bag after her exercise class. It comes after Princess Andre says she's 'independent' from parents as she breaks silence after Katie Price row. Kathy's outing came after the star revealed she'd undergone her third procedure, which left her looking "very taut". Speaking on her Talk Your Head Off podcast, she said: "It's my third. I know that's so vain! I'm so vain for no reason. No one has ever gone to a Kathy Griffin show to see her beautiful, youthful face. You come to hear my jokes, which is what I want. "I don't want you to come to care what I look like. I'm in Lululemons today for God's sake. I'm in my fat pants. I don't have dysmorphia... I have a little." And it appears that she had no issues with sharing the surgeon who was behind her latest tweakment. She revealed that Dr. Ben Talei, the surgeon who had treated global megastar Sia, was responsible for Kathy's youthful complexion. But Kathy hadn't just a facelift; she also underwent a blepharoplasty, which is a procedure to improve the appearance of eyelids, a fozy eye lift, and work on her chin. She commented: "There's a stitch in my chin, which you're probably not going to see unless you're under me, but not in that way. I'm going to be honest. It's painful. So these bi***es that are like: 'It's like getting a tooth filled! It's nothing!' No, it's painful." Following her tweakments, Kathy headed to a "rich lady recovery place" as she started the healing process before being sent home with a nurse. She said the first few days after her procedures were "disgusting". "You get out of that place, and you come home, and maybe you come home with a nurse, and it's disgusting," she revealed before adding: "I'm not going to lie. The first night there's drains that come out of your chin, I know it's so gross but the vanity takes over." In the past, Kathy has undergone a breast enlargement, a brow lift, a facial peel and liposuction, which almost killed her in 1999. Aged just 26, she first dabbled with cosmetic surgery and tweakments after having a nose job. Speaking about her decision to have the procedure, she wrote in her book, Official Book Club Selection: A Memoir According to Kathy Griffin: "I was told repeatedly, 'You would be pretty if it weren't for that nose. You'd work more if it weren't for that nose.' "'Hey have you considered getting a nose job?' You would think I had a nose the size of Texas. I was young and impressionable and I was told that enough that I started to believe it, so I got a nose job."

Will Smith ‘ignored me all week' says Fresh Prince of Bel-Air guest star
Kathy Griffin has claimed that Will Smith ignored her after she landed a guest role in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air in 1990. The comedian, who has previously criticised Smith for slapping Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars, made the fresh claims about Smith during Tuesday's (2 April) episode of her Talk Your Head Off podcast. The 64-year-old explained that she had landed a guest role on the sitcom before it had even premiered and when Smith was still known for his rap career - which he recently relaunched. 'This was the first big gig I had,' Griffin said, adding that Smith 'did not talk to me until show day' and that 'he ignored me all week, because he's launching a gigantic show.' Continuing she said: 'When I finally got to talk to him on shooting day, which was Friday, I said, 'What would you like me to call you, Fresh Prince or Will?' And he said, 'You can call me Will.'' 'So I did, and I was, you know, nervous around him, because I'd seen all his videos, and Jazzy Jeff was there for a day, which was great, and the live audience went crazy when they saw Jazzy Jeff. He may have even DJ'd, if I recall correctly.' Griffin did say that Smith eventually warmed to her when it came to shooting the episode. 'I can't imagine the pressure he had on. 'But I do remember that Friday night when the audience was there and it was time to actually roll tape, he really took his time to kind of get to know me a little bit. And he was asking about me and helping me relax. I didn't tell him I was nervous, but I think he could tell that I hadn't done a show this big before.' Griffin also said that Public Enemy rapper Flavor Flav warmed up the studio audience. 'So, it was like a party. And I had been to a couple TV tapings of friends of mine that got to be guest stars, and I had never seen anything like this. And so, I remember looking around and being like, 'Wow, this is how African American shows do it. This is amazing. It's like a party in here.'' Following Smith's infamous slap of Chris Rock, Griffin expressed concerns that his actions would make life more dangerous for people in her profession. 'Let me tell you something, it's a very bad practice to walk up on stage and physically assault a comedian,' she wrote on Twitter. 'Now we all have to worry about who wants to be the next Will Smith in comedy clubs and theatres.'
